The Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Engineer to architect and deploy generative AI and agentic systems for financial services clients. This is a hands-on, senior role focused on bringing autonomous AI systems and multi-modal LLMs into production at Tier 1 financial institutions.

What You'll Do

• Design agentic workflows enabling AI agents to interact with data sources and APIs using prompt engineering and RAG
• Architect autonomous AI systems integrating multi-modal large language models (LLMs)
• Build scalable MLOps pipelines for production LLM deployment
• Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and cost
• Guide cross-functional teams on AI strategy, architecture, and delivery
• Deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions to banking and capital markets clients

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a STEM field
• Hands-on experience deploying LLMs and multi-modal models at scale
• Strong Python engineering with backend/API development
• Experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Familiarity with LLM observability tools (Langfuse, Langsmith)
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• MLOps, observability, and cloud-native deployment expertise
