AI Agent Architect / Builder

ContentJet is a performance-driven UGC production company with team members in over 14 countries. The company is on a mission to become a fully AI-native agency, systematically identifying manual bottlenecks across operations and replacing them with autonomous agent systems that run 24/7 without human intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit operations to identify automatable manual tasks
• Design and build complete AI agent systems from concept to production
• Own the architecture of multi-agent pipelines - defining agent roles, communication flows, tool integrations, and orchestration logic
• Use Claude Code CLI as the primary development environment
• Build complex automation workflows using Claude Cowork with MCP connectors
• Deploy agents via OpenClaw for Slack, Telegram, and web platforms
• Build creator sourcing, outreach qualification, and campaign management automation
• Integrate with APIs (Monday.com, TikTok, Modash, Instantly, etc.)
• Create voice agents using VAPI for lead qualification
• Write production-grade Python code with monitoring and error handling

Required Skills:

• Production-level Python development
• Advanced prompt engineering for agent systems
• Claude Code CLI proficiency
• Claude Cowork with MCP connectors experience
• OpenClaw or equivalent AI gateway deployment experience
• REST API and webhook integration capabilities
• Multi-agent system architecture (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph)
• MCP (Model Context Protocol) understanding
• Agent design patterns knowledge
• Multi-platform deployment experience
• Strong written English communication

Nice-to-Have:

• n8n workflow automation familiarity
• UGC/creator economy background
• Monday.com, Modash, TikTok experience
• OpenClaw multi-platform configuration expertise
• French or Arabic language proficiency

Salary: $50,000-$74,999 USD
Location: Remote (Headquarters in Montreal, Canada, team in 14+ countries)
