Senior Applied AI Engineer

Build production-grade multimodal systems converting broadcast feeds into real-time signals using agentic components including audio sensor agents, visual sensor agents, and decision logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and maintain multimodal agents for audio/visual processing
• Implement streaming pipelines with chunking, normalization, async execution
• Develop prompt-as-code with JSON contracts and schema validation
• Improve robustness through fallback behaviors and confidence thresholds
• Partner with product teams on validation logic and downstream integration
• Contribute evaluation workflows and test cases
• Mentor team members

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years professional software engineering experience
• Strong Python, Java, or Rust proficiency
• Hands-on experience building production services involving LLM or multimodal model integration
• Agile/evidence-based decision-making experience
• Streaming data platform experience (Kafka, Pulsar, Flink)
• AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI familiarity
• Git proficiency, problem-solving skills
