About the Role
GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service firm, is hiring an English-fluent AI/RAG Engineer based in Latin America for remote work. You will architect and implement scalable AI integration patterns (RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, MCP tools, structured extraction, summarization, compliance intelligence) and design production-grade AI-powered features embedded within mission-critical procurement workflows. You'll establish engineering standards for AI systems and collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams to ship intelligent features end-to-end.
Requirements: 3-5 years of software engineering experience with AI/LLM exposure, hands-on LLM integration experience (RAG, prompt engineering, summarization, structured extraction), proficiency in Python or Node.js, experience building APIs and scalable services, cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, Azure), familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS), and modular/service-oriented architecture understanding. Production monitoring, logging, and performance experience required.
