AI Engineer

Lleverage is building the Lleverage Copilot, a platform that automates workflows through natural language interfaces powered by intelligent agents. We're looking for an AI Engineer to build and improve the core agentic capabilities of the product.

In this role you will:

• Build intelligent agents and enhance the Lleverage Copilot to automate workflows.
• Implement evaluation frameworks for AI models.
• Design fine-tuning strategies for generative AI.
• Develop backend APIs and frontend interfaces using Next.js/TypeScript.
• Optimize RAG-based knowledge retrieval systems.
• Implement production monitoring for AI models.
• Iterate quickly to deliver customer value.

You will work with function calling, AI agents, LLM evaluation frameworks, RAG architectures, and vector databases. This is a hands-on product engineering role at an Amsterdam-based AI startup.

Location: Amsterdam (on-site / hybrid).
Salary: €80,000 – €110,000.
