Applied AI Solutions Engineer

Applied AI Solutions Engineers at Tomoro work in small teams with Tomoro and client engineers to design, build and deploy AI applications, particularly those centered on Large Language Models, such as agents built around LLMs. You will build applications using existing closed or open-source foundational models, with potential fine-tuning; the company does not train foundational models from scratch.

Responsibilities: own, design and build cutting-edge LLM-focused AI solutions with client partners; engage with clients to understand business challenges and demonstrate AI solutions; tackle complex technical obstacles; help clients with the skills and knowledge to maximise adoption of AI solutions; mentor junior engineers; ensure solutions are rigorously tested and validated; and champion responsibility, fairness, privacy and compliance. As experience grows, you take on leading teams, owning end-to-end solutions and client advisory. Access to industry-leading partners including OpenAI.

Location: UK wide (Edinburgh, Glasgow, London, Manchester). Salary £70,000 - £90,000.
