About the Role
Senior Agentic AI Specialist
Midwest Family Mutual Insurance Company seeks an experienced Senior Agentic AI Specialist to build agentic AI capabilities within their enterprise system.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture input on AI/ML decisions
- Agent design, deployment, and lifecycle management
- RAG pipeline optimization
- Quality assurance and hallucination reduction
- Evaluation framework development
- Production monitoring and observability
- Prompt engineering and tool integration
- Developer knowledge-sharing and mentorship
Required Qualifications
- College degree or programming certification (preferred)
- 5+ years equivalent experience
- Production AI/LLM system experience
- Agent pattern knowledge (ReAct, tool usage)
- RAG and vector store familiarity
- Python, TypeScript, or C# proficiency
- Enterprise system integration capability
- Testing and iteration experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple LLM provider experience
- Emerging AI framework familiarity
- Enterprise data integration background
- Developer mentoring experience
Work Conditions
Remote with 8AM-5PM CT core hours, minimal travel. Tech stack built on Microsoft/.NET foundation with Azure cloud tooling.
