Agentic AI Developer

Intellias is seeking an experienced Agentic AI Developer for their Innovation Team on a contract basis to work on pioneering projects developing sophisticated AI agent systems using cutting-edge frameworks and cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic AI systems using LangChain/LangGraph frameworks
• Build sophisticated RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) implementations
• Implement context memory management for short and long-term interactions
• Create complex agentic workflows orchestrating multiple AI capabilities
• Develop observability and monitoring solutions for AI agent performance
• Deploy and maintain AI systems on Azure cloud infrastructure
• Collaborate with Innovation Team to prototype and validate new AI concepts

Requirements

• 3+ years hands-on Python development
• Proven expertise with LangChain and/or LangGraph frameworks
• Strong LLM knowledge and practical applications
• Experience building agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows
• Solid understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases
• Azure cloud services proficiency
• MLOps practices and AI observability tools knowledge
• Prompt engineering techniques expertise

Preferred: Travel/transport industry experience, Azure OpenAI Service, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, software architecture background.
