About the Role
We're looking for a Senior AI Engineer (Applied) to build the AI agents that transform Engineering workflows across industries such as Manufacturing, Aerospace, and Semi-conductor. This role focuses on orchestrating LLMs and tools to solve complex reasoning problems for domain experts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be an expert in building and orchestrating AI Agents. You know how to chain LLMs, tools, and data to solve complex reasoning tasks.
• Serve as internal power-user ("Customer Zero") to validate developer experience.
• Design complex agents leveraging surrogates and simulation tools.
• Implement rigorous evaluation loops and tracing to ensure reliability.
• Drive platform strategy by identifying generalizable patterns.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years in Applied AI, ML Engineering, or Software Engineering.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI Agents or complex LLM workflows in production.
• Demonstrated collaboration with domain experts on specialized problems.

Tech Stack:

• Languages: Python (primary), Go or TypeScript (secondary)
• Agentic Frameworks: LangGraph, LangChain, PydanticAI
• Vector DBs: Pinecone, Weaviate
• Platform Tooling: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform
• Observability: OpenTelemetry, agent tracing/evaluation tools (LangSmith)
