About the Role:
The role involves designing, building and optimizing AI Agents and workflows within industry-leading Agentic, RAG & Conversational AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building, configuring, and maintaining conversational flows for voice and digital AI Agents
- Translating business requirements into detailed dialog designs, intents, entities, and logic
- Creating and running test cases, performing conversational QA
- Monitoring performance using analytics and conversation transcripts
- Deploying LLM-based AI Agents with prompt/context engineering
Required Skills:
- Experience with deploying LLM-based AI Agents
- Skills in prompt/context engineering
- Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) concepts
- Familiarity with conversational AI development tools (Cognigy.ai, Kore.ai)
