AI Engineer

As an AI Engineer, you will design end-to-end AI solutions from prototype to production, build LLM and agentic systems, collaborate with data scientists, implement MLOps practices, and work across cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end AI solutions, from prototyping to production deployment
• Building LLM-powered applications and agentic systems integrated into real business processes
• Collaborating with data scientists on production-grade implementations
• Applying MLOps practices for reproducibility and monitoring
• Working with Azure, AWS, and GCP environments

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science
• Production-grade LLM and agentic application development experience
• Proficiency with MLOps, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments
• Data pipeline design and maintenance capabilities
• Knowledge of core LLM concepts: tokenization, RAG, CoT, reasoning models, memory, fine-tuning, tool use, and self-correction
• Fluency in Finnish and English
• Strong communication and consulting abilities
