What You'll Do

• Build, evaluate, and deploy LLM-driven features like deep document analysis and interactive chat
• Work with models from OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini
• Develop AI-powered features for document analysis and search experiences
• Evaluate and monitor AI model performance through rigorous testing
• Stay current with AI/ML research advancements and recommend improvements
• Implement strong testing and CI/CD practices for AI systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
• 5+ years professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development
• Production Python proficiency and systems design expertise
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and model development
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, dvc, weights & biases)
• Professional LLM experience
• Product thinking capability

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLM frameworks like LangGraph and LiteLLM
• Depth of knowledge with RAG implementation and improvements
• Kotlin proficiency
• Experience with agent frameworks (LangGraph, LiteLLM, Agent Client Protocol, Koog)

Compensation: $200K - $380K + Equity
