AI Solutions Lead

Tibber is a Norwegian/Swedish energy company that uses AI to help households purchase energy at the best prices. Backed by Founders Fund, the company has grown to over 300 employees serving nearly 500,000 customers across four countries.

We're hiring an AI Solutions Lead to drive AI execution across our organization. You'll identify high-leverage opportunities for AI and design and implement prototypes within days. You'll embed in cross-functional teams, develop models and automations, and enable non-technical staff to adopt AI tools.

What you'll do:

• Identify and execute high-leverage opportunities for AI across Tibber's products and operations
• Design prototypes within days rather than extended timelines
• Work embedded within different teams (product, support, trading operations)
• Develop and deploy models, agents, and automation solutions using language models and machine learning approaches
• Create reusable frameworks and tools enabling broader organizational AI adoption
• Run experiments validating business impact before scaling initiatives

What we're looking for:

• Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI solutions in operational environments
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript with understanding of APIs and data systems
• Hands-on work with LLM-based applications, such as automations, agents, or retrieval-based solutions
• Ability to move from concept to functioning prototype efficiently
• Experience helping non-technical teams adopt AI capabilities
• Cross-functional communication and business-focused mindset

Preferred Experience:

• Energy market, IoT, or real-time data systems background
• Startup or high-growth technology experience
• MLOps and deployment pipeline familiarity
• Automation platform and internal AI tooling experience

Locations: Berlin or Stockholm. Hybrid.
