Agentic Frameworks
About the Role
Turing is hiring a Senior AI Solutions Engineer for Enterprise Knowledge Work within Field Engineering — Pre-Sales (Founding). Turing is the world's leading research accelerator for frontier AI labs, providing high-quality data, specialized talent, and training pipelines for frontier research and building proprietary intelligence systems for enterprises.
Every major lab is racing to push the frontier on multi-step reasoning over enterprise data, tool use, long-horizon task completion, and evaluation that reflects real work.
In this role, you will design, build, and deploy agentic systems that solve real enterprise knowledge work problems for our customers. You will own end-to-end agent architecture: planning, retrieval, tool use, multi-step reasoning, and evaluation. You will work hands-on with the latest LLM orchestration frameworks and benchmarking suites.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery conversations with frontier AI lab researchers and engineers
- Translate capability goals into scoped Turing deliverables and solution architecture
- Build prototypes and demos proving approaches before contract signature
- Own POCs from kick-off through scale-up decision
- Channel GTM-to-R&D technical asks; maintain research collaboration cadence
- Document discovery scripts, qualification criteria, and objection-handling patterns
- Build and ship production agentic systems for enterprise knowledge work
- Design retrieval, tool-use, and orchestration layers using frameworks like LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and DSPy
- Run evaluations against benchmarks like GAIA and tau-bench, and against bespoke customer workflows
- Partner with customers to scope, prototype, and harden agent systems for production
- Influence Turing's broader agent platform direction
Requirements
- 5+ years in applied AI, data engineering, or ML engineering
- Meaningful work on agentic systems, RAG, tool use, or enterprise-knowledge LLM applications
- Strong Python fluency and production experience with LLM orchestration frameworks
- Experience designing evaluations for multi-step reasoning systems
- Exposure to complex enterprise workflows (financial services, life sciences, legal)
- High written communication bar for technical scoping documents
- Commercial instinct and revenue orientation
Strong Pluses
- Prior experience at frontier AI labs, agentic AI startups, or enterprise AI teams
- Familiarity with agentic or reasoning benchmarks (GAIA, τ-bench)
- Background in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical consulting
