Time allocation
- 50% Building and shipping production RAG pipelines and agentic workflows using Python
- 30% Research and experimentation with new models and frameworks
- 20% Strategy, technical documentation, and collaboration
Must-haves
- Production RAG pipeline deployment experience with real-world datasets
- Deep agentic systems design expertise (tool-use, multi-agent orchestration)
- Expert-level Python engineering with clean, scalable code
- AWS/GovCloud environment operations experience
Nice-to-haves
- NLP or object detection fine-tuning
- LLM evaluation framework familiarity
- Government security standards knowledge
- Active Secret/TS security clearance or eligibility
