The role involves reinforcement learning for LLM (math, code, general reasoning, tool use) and building scalable agentic tool use data synthesis pipelines. You will design and develop agentic flow with tool use. Upstage operates with a remote-first culture with hubs in San Jose, Seoul, and Tokyo.
