AI Engineer

Visor.ai builds AI-powered customer service automation for banking, insurance, utilities, and public sector clients. Established in 2016, the company focuses on revolutionizing AI and automation for Contact Centers.

As an AI Engineer, you will

• Design end-to-end NLP pipelines from classical text processing to LLM architectures
• Build intent detection, NER, entity extraction, and text classification systems
• Optimize RAG systems (chunking, vector storage, re-ranking)
• Implement agentic architectures with tool use and function calling
• Develop memory and context management for multi-turn conversations
• Evaluate models for hallucination detection and performance monitoring
• Deploy AI components into production microservices

Requirements

• 1-3 years in Data Science/AI/NLP
• Strong Python with ML libraries (Pandas, scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy)
• NLP fundamentals understanding
• Experience with LLMs in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA, Gemini)
• Familiarity with RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector)
• LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face Transformers)
• LLM monitoring and observability knowledge

Bonus: Experience with agentic frameworks, function calling, structured outputs, voice AI pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
