The Role
Building new AI-powered features and improving client Digital Platforms with intelligent capabilities. Day-to-day involves continuous product delivery with AI model integrations, team collaboration on engineering and AI initiatives, and participating in internal showcase events.
Required Skills & Experience
Core Programming & AI
- JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python proficiency
- Advanced expertise in RAG, embeddings, vector search, and prompt engineering
- Evals, guardrails, caching, chaining, and function calling
- Agentic architecture design: multi-agent systems, tool orchestration, planning/reasoning frameworks, memory systems, and agent coordination patterns
- LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LiteLLM, CrewAI, Mastra)
- API integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Fine-tuning knowledge (LoRA/QLoRA, instruction tuning, RLHF)
Data & Databases
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Qdrant)
- PostgreSQL, Neo4j experience
- RAG data pipeline design
Infrastructure & DevOps
- CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK
- AWS, Azure, GCP cloud platforms
- Docker, Kubernetes containerization
- LLM inference optimization (vLLM, TGI)
Frontend & APIs
- React or modern UI frameworks
