(Senior/Staff) AI Engineer - Agentic Systems (m/f/d)

As a Senior/Staff AI Engineer for Agentic Systems, you will design and optimize agentic workflows using LLMs, creating agents that interact with external APIs, databases, and environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize agent workflows
• Create tool-using agents that interact with APIs and databases
• Develop voice-enabled agents with transcription and dialogue management
• Implement retrieval, memory, and state tracking into agent architectures
• Deploy agents to production environments
• Run experiments to evaluate performance and hallucination rates
• Translate product requirements into scalable agentic features

Required Qualifications:

• Strong experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, open-source models)
• Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain)
• Python proficiency with modern ML tooling (Hugging Face, PyTorch, Ray)
• Tool integration experience, API management, memory/state handling, SQL query generation
• Voice AI experience with ASR/TTS pipelines or willingness to learn
• Startup-oriented mindset
