The Problem

We run multi-agent AI pipelines that evaluate regulated marketing content in real time. The model landscape moves fast and our architecture has to move with it. You'd own how these systems evolve in production, working directly with the CTO and AI engineers, while also shipping across the full stack.

Responsibilities

• Shape AI backend architecture involving multi-agent pipelines
• Productionise and scale multi-agent pipelines
• Own full-stack features across React frontend, Hono API, and integrations
• Influence tech choices and system design
• Mentor team of six engineers and set engineering standards
• Establish code quality and testing practices for enterprise clients

Requirements

• 7+ years building fullstack applications in startup environments
• Strong TypeScript and React skills with frontend architecture experience
• Backend systems design (APIs, relational databases, data models)
• Python required for AI engineer collaboration
• Production-minded approach to reliability and observability
• Integration development experience across third-party systems

Nice-to-haves

• Cloudflare Workers experience
• AI/LLM tooling (LangChain, LangGraph, or similar)
• Regulated industry experience
