About the Role

The company seeks an experienced AI engineer to design and implement intelligent, multi-agent systems for enterprise clients. The position offers applied AI, product engineering, and tangible value creation in a startup-mode environment with significant autonomy.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop AI solutions for customer-facing features and internal workflows
• Build LLM applications and RAG pipelines with vector databases and semantic search
• Create AI-driven agents for business automation across CRM, ERP, and ticketing platforms
• Integrate AI into cloud-native architectures with focus on security and scalability
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clients and internal teams
• Advise clients on AI strategy implementation

Requirements

Experience: 4+ years in software engineering, AI, or solutions roles with production AI/LLM shipping experience

Technical Skills

• LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems
• Multi-agent orchestration and workflow automation
• Vector search technologies
• Python (primary language)
• JavaScript/TypeScript/Java/Kotlin proficiency
• Platforms: OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, Weaviate
• Cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Soft Skills

• Fluent German and English
• Hands-on, pragmatic approach
