About the role:

This role sits at the intersection of AI research and software engineering, focusing on transforming AI advancements into real-world solutions that drive business innovation across industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement RAG solutions, agentic workflows, and multi-agent systems
• Develop production-ready AI applications leveraging Generative AI and multi-agent systems to solve complex business challenges
• Bridge AI research and software engineering for robust, scalable systems
• Leverage LLM advancements for customer value
• Collaborate with AI experts and external partners on production-ready solutions

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a comparable engineering role, Software Development, or a related field
• Strong expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI
• Python proficiency
• GenAI frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Azure AI Foundry, Computer Use
• Transformer architectures and embedding models
• Prompt engineering techniques (chain of thought)
• AI Agent frameworks
• DevOps/MLOps practices, containerization, CI/CD
• Cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Educational background in Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
• Fluent German and English required
• Plus: Vision Language Models (VLM) and open-source SLMs experience
