About the Role
Aurora is the Lifestyle Operating System empowering the world's highest-performing individuals (tier-1 founders, executives, athletes, families). As a Founding Product Engineer, you will own and ship user-facing, AI-driven features end-to-end, sitting between engineering and product. You will design AI workflows, implement agentic systems, and manage human-in-the-loop escalations.
Requirements: 4+ years building production software, proven shipping of AI-powered features at scale, experience with LLMs, prompt design, tool calling, and agentic flows, production-ready Python, backend systems and API understanding, experience working with data pipelines, embeddings, retrieval, or RAG-style systems, reasoning about latency/cost/reliability trade-offs. Nice-to-haves: Django backend framework, human-in-the-loop operational tooling. European visa sponsorship available.
