As one of five engineers pioneering AI at CaptivateIQ, you'll have outsized ownership and influence.
Responsibilities:

- Strong proficiency in Python with experience building production backend services (Django preferred)
- Solid frontend development skills with React and TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Experience building LLM-powered workflows, including agent orchestration, tool calling, or multi-step reasoning systems
Bonus Points:

- Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalent)
- Experience building internal developer platforms, SDKs, or shared infrastructure
