About the Role
group.one is a European SaaS provider serving over 2 million small-to-medium businesses with 1,500+ employees across 20 locations. The team is developing Flowpilot.one (conversational AI website builder) and WP.one (managed WordPress hosting).
The role focuses on building AI-powered backend systems that integrate conversational AI with website generation and plugin systems. Primary duties include:
- Developing agentic AI systems using Python and TypeScript/NodeJS
- Integrating LLM frameworks like LangChain for intelligent automation
- Connecting AI agents with WordPress ecosystem and third-party APIs via Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Improving performance, observability, and security across systems
- Experimenting with emerging AI frameworks and technologies
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience building agentic AI systems from prototyping through deployment
- Strong Python proficiency with TypeScript/NodeJS familiarity
- Knowledge of vector databases (pgvector, Weaviate, ChromaDB)
- Understanding of AI/ML systems capabilities and integrations
Nice-to-Have:
- WordPress knowledge
- Docker/Kubernetes containerization
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)
Multiple locations: Vantaa (Finland), Copenhagen (Denmark), Amsterdam (Netherlands), Dortmund (Germany). Travel to Finland ~1-2 months required.
