Position: Applied AI Engineer - Europe
Location: London, United Kingdom (on-site required)
Salary: £185,000 - £230,000 annually + equity

Applied AI Engineers work embedded with customer leadership to design, build, and ship production-grade AI agents and workflows that drive millions in business value.

Responsibilities:

• Shape AI transformation strategies and long-term roadmaps
• Identify high-impact use cases connecting ambition to measurable business value
• Rapidly build and deploy AI solutions that work in the wild, with real users and real data
• Contribute features and patterns to our Mosaic product toolkit

Required Qualifications:

Bonus Skills:

• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangGraph, Mastra, Agents SDK)
