Responsibilities:
- Develop production code for active users
- Engineer across the entire technology stack spanning frontend, backend, infrastructure
- Create systems leveraging large language models
- Work with LLMs to build agent-based systems
- Engage with customers to translate requirements into features
Requirements:
- Demonstrated track record shipping production systems
- Full-stack proficiency (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
- Prior experience implementing LLM solutions
- Rapid learning ability with continuous experimentation
Tech Stack: React (frontend), Python/Flask (backend), Kubernetes (infrastructure), plus LLM integration
Compensation: $140k-$200k annually + 0.40%-2.00% equity (variable by experience level)
