Responsibilities:

• Develop production code for active users
• Engineer across the entire technology stack spanning frontend, backend, infrastructure
• Create systems leveraging large language models
• Work with LLMs to build agent-based systems
• Engage with customers to translate requirements into features

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record shipping production systems
• Full-stack proficiency (frontend, backend, infrastructure)
• Prior experience implementing LLM solutions
• Rapid learning ability with continuous experimentation

Tech Stack: React (frontend), Python/Flask (backend), Kubernetes (infrastructure), plus LLM integration

Compensation: $140k-$200k annually + 0.40%-2.00% equity (variable by experience level)
