Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable Generative AI and agentic AI applications
- Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool integrations, and A2A/MCP interaction patterns
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines, retrieval workflows, and hybrid AI solutions for enterprise scenarios
- Translate business requirements into production-ready AI components
- Develop generative AI applications aligned with solution architectures
- Integrate AI services with SAP BTP, AI Core, Joule, S/4HANA
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle management
- Ensure responsible AI principles and data security compliance
- Support troubleshooting and performance optimization of deployed solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 8-14 years in AI/ML or enterprise software development
- Strong experience building Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and prompt engineering
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks
- Cloud-native application development experience
- Python proficiency; JavaScript/TypeScript beneficial
- Vector databases and semantic retrieval expertise
- SAP BTP or hyperscaler cloud platform experience preferred
