Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement scalable Generative AI and agentic AI applications
• Implement multi-agent orchestration, tool integrations, and A2A/MCP interaction patterns
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, retrieval workflows, and hybrid AI solutions for enterprise scenarios
• Translate business requirements into production-ready AI components
• Develop generative AI applications aligned with solution architectures
• Integrate AI services with SAP BTP, AI Core, Joule, S/4HANA
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps lifecycle management
• Ensure responsible AI principles and data security compliance
• Support troubleshooting and performance optimization of deployed solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's in AI, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 8-14 years in AI/ML or enterprise software development
• Strong experience building Generative AI applications, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and prompt engineering
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks
• Cloud-native application development experience
• Python proficiency; JavaScript/TypeScript beneficial
• Vector databases and semantic retrieval expertise
• SAP BTP or hyperscaler cloud platform experience preferred
