About the Role
Siemens Energy is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer for HR to design HR's agentic AI landscape, identify high-value use cases, and translate business needs into AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead design of HR's agentic AI landscape with solution blueprints and governance guardrails
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the HR value chain
- Design end-to-end agentic solution concepts integrating AI agents, knowledge systems, and automation into existing HR platforms
- Advise senior HR leadership on strategic AI opportunities and technology choices
- Orchestrate AI pilots from ideation to scaled adoption
- Establish standards for responsible AI usage within HR
- Drive AI capability development through enablement and cross-functional collaboration
Required Qualifications
- Deep expertise in AI and Generative AI concepts, including agentic architectures and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), with the ability to translate technical depth into business impact
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration principles
- Experience shaping AI strategies and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Knowledge of responsible AI, governance, data privacy, and regulatory considerations
- Strategic mindset with execution strength
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
