Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Generative UI Platform

Spotify is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the evolution of UI Studio, an internal generative UI prototyping platform that enables teams to spin up fully functioning replicas of Spotify surfaces. The role focuses on building systems that translate natural language into functional UI experiences through applied agent architectures.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement agent-based architectures (e.g., Claude Agent SDK or similar) for UI generation
• Build agent orchestration around design systems and UI data
• Translate natural language inputs into functional UI experiences
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to ship LLM-powered features into UI Studio
• Drive applied research that bridges ML, design, and product engineering

What you'll need:

• Strong production ML experience with applied AI systems
• Expertise in computational design and deriving structured representations from unstructured inputs
• Experience with agent-based systems and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Claude Agent SDK or similar)
• Background in natural language processing, intent extraction, and human input interpretation
• Familiarity with design systems, UI data, Figma APIs, or front-end structures
• Proficiency in TypeScript and/or Python
