About the Role
Seed-stage AI startup backed by leading European and US investors, applying next-generation agentic AI to overhaul mission-critical enterprise workflows that depend on error-prone, manual processes. The founders have delivered cutting-edge AI at world-class research labs and high-growth technology companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement agentic LLM workflows for enterprise automation
- Build and deploy autonomous multi-agent LLM systems for supplier discovery, risk monitoring, and cost analysis
- Lead end-to-end projects: architecture, modeling, coding, DevOps, deployment, customer enablement
- Design frameworks for multi-agent collaboration with conflict resolution and self-reflection mechanisms
- Develop benchmarking suites measuring performance, safety, and behavior
- Create integrations connecting language models to ERP platforms and custom APIs
- Collaborate with executives and end-users on requirements and prototypes
Requirements:
- Strong computer science fundamentals
- Minimum 2 years deploying LLMs to production with evaluation and monitoring
- Master's degree in AI or Computer Science from top-tier research institution
Nice-to-Have:
- Multi-agent frameworks experience
- Retrieval-augmented generation or vector-search expertise
- Large-scale business domain familiarity (operations, finance, analytics)
