The Role
Building the AI and agentic layer of the shared mobility platform. You will create foundational infrastructure for autonomous agents and conversational analytics that power agents automating fleet operations, customer support, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on three main phases
1. Foundation building: Create service layers connecting data sources and providing unified interfaces
2. Use case development: Deliver products like autonomous fleet management agents and conversational analytics
3. Enablement: Support other teams building on this foundation
Day-to-day
- Design and build the agentic layer: the infrastructure that allows agents to reason, use tools, and execute multi-step tasks
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) with function calling and tool use patterns
- Connect external data sources via MCP and APIs
- Ship production-grade features at scale across millions of rental transactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams
- Implement monitoring and safety practices for autonomous agents
Requirements
- 5+ years software engineering with hands-on LLM and agentic architecture experience
- Proven track record shipping AI features in production SaaS environments
- Strong AWS cloud infrastructure knowledge
- Platform architecture thinking and product-focused mindset
- German work authorization required
