About the Role
Own and ship agent-powered features end-to-end. Design, build, and deploy AI agents in production that interact with real systems — ERPs, email, supplier portals.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents in production that interact with real systems (ERPs, email, supplier portals).
• Own agent-powered features end-to-end: backend, integrations, frontend, evaluation, monitoring.
• Build robust prompt-engineering, retrieval, and tool-use pipelines for production reliability.
• Integrate LLMs into core product workflows.
• Work across the full stack — Python/FastAPI backend, Next.js/React frontend.
• Establish observability and evaluation infrastructure for AI features.

Requirements:

• Strong Python and RESTful API design.
• Data engineering background (ETL, performance).
• Hands-on LLM experience (production or projects).
• AWS proficiency.
• 4+ years experience owning production services.
