Full Stack AI Engineer

Zalion is an international AI start-up automating industrial procurement using cutting-edge AI agents to automate manual Source-to-Pay processes. Currently deployed with major European and US enterprises.

As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will own agent-powered features end-to-end. You will design and deploy AI agents in production that interact with real systems (ERPs, email, supplier portals) and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Ship end-to-end AI agent features from prototype to production
• Build scalable memory, reasoning, and orchestration pipelines
• Integrate with external APIs and legacy systems (ERP, email, supplier portals)
• Handle structured and unstructured data (RFQs, emails, contracts) for agent reasoning
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure for agentic workloads
• Solve challenges around context management, latency, robustness, and guardrails

Requirements

• 4+ years professional experience including production service ownership
• Strong Python skills
• RESTful API design experience
• Data engineering knowledge
• Hands-on LLM project experience
• Cloud proficiency (AWS preferred)
• Builder mindset, comfort with ambiguity
