As a Generative AI Engineer, you will build GenAI solutions including custom chat applications, working to optimize processes using agentic workflows and evaluation frameworks. The role involves supporting enterprise clients — primarily financial institutions — in adopting generative and agentic AI within finance processes, plus contributing to Zanders Inside, their cloud platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build GenAI solutions for banking and corporate clients
• Develop GenAI products including custom chat applications
• Optimize processes using agentic AI workflows
• Build evaluation pipelines for continuous improvement
• Bridge the gap between GenAI and software engineering
• Work on client projects adopting agentic AI in finance processes
• Develop internal cloud platform (Zanders Inside)

Requirements:

• Computer Science degree or related field
• 5+ years developing software applications
• Demonstrable experience with building GenAI products and knowledge of the inner workings of LLMs and agents
• RESTful applications and task queues experience preferred
• DevOps basics (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform/OpenTofu, Helm)
• Collaborative software development background
• Ability to manage multiple projects
