As a member of the Applied AI team at Anthropic, you will be a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who embeds directly with our most strategic customers to drive transformational AI adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Build production applications using Claude models that meet customer requirements
• Deliver technical artifacts like MCP servers, sub-agents, and agent skills for production workflows
• Provide enterprise deployment support for Anthropic products
• Identify and document repeatable deployment patterns
• Stay current with LLM developments and AI implementation approaches
• Cultivate customer relationships and identify expansion opportunities
• Travel 25-50% to customer sites
• Champion Anthropic's mission in enterprise settings

Requirements:

• 4+ years in technical, customer-facing roles (FDE, Solutions Engineer, or consulting)
• Production LLM deployment experience including prompt engineering and evaluation
• Python proficiency plus TypeScript, Java, or similar
• Demonstrated ability shipping production applications
• High agency navigating organizational complexity
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication

Preferred: Financial services, healthcare, or enterprise IT background

Annual Salary: GBP225,000 - GBP255,000 Hybrid: 25% in-office minimum Visa sponsorship available
