As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be the driving force in powering our AI-first transformation. You will partner with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact opportunities, then design, build, and deploy the intelligent systems that solve critical bottlenecks and unlock the next level of operational efficiency.

Your mission is to architect and implement the AI agents and models that will redefine our internal operations, customer experience, and our pursuit of becoming the only banking app the world needs.

What will you do?

• Design and deploy production-grade AI agents and systems that automate complex workflows across departments
• Leverage our extensive datasets to train, fine-tune, and implement sophisticated LLMs and Machine Learning models
• Act as the AI expert partner to our teams, helping identify high-impact opportunities where AI can solve critical business problems and unlock new operational efficiencies
• Translate complex business challenges into scalable AI solutions, owning the full lifecycle from concept to deployment

Who are you?

• A proven engineer with extensive experience deploying production-grade LLM applications, including agentic systems, RAG, and tool-use
• Deep expertise in LLM fine-tuning and cost optimization strategies
• Strong foundation in classical machine learning and behavioral modeling
• Hands-on experience with ML infrastructure and MLOps, particularly on AWS
• A pragmatic problem-solver who can translate ambiguous business needs into robust, scalable AI systems
• Excellent communicator, fluent in English, who can work effectively with global teams
