AI Engineer (Generative & Agentic AI)

We're looking for an AI Engineer who's ready to go beyond prototypes and deliver production-grade AI systems that solve real enterprise challenges. This role focuses on building systems that organizations actually use in operations.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI solutions addressing genuine business needs
• Develop robust backend services, data pipelines, and integration layers transforming models into usable products
• Work across the full stack (front-end, back-end, data) delivering complete AI solutions
• Oversee performance, scalability, and maintainability of AI components
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and stakeholders on architecture and delivery planning

Core Technical Skills:

• Strong Python engineering with demonstrated production AI/ML system delivery
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, vector databases, and generative AI frameworks
• Cloud platform deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, or agentic framework familiarity
• Software engineering fundamentals: testing, version control, CI/CD, scalability

Salary: GBP 75,000 - 85,000 per annum (depending on experience)
