Job Title: AI Engineer – AI & Agentic Workflows (m/w/d)
Location: Garching near Munich, Germany (85748), next to TUM research campus
Employment: Full-time, permanent, 32-40 hours/week, hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Customer-specific AI project conception and execution
• Product development and software advancement
• AI testing tool development — internal tools for systematic testing of AI agents
• Data preparation and model training/fine-tuning
• Quality assurance and documentation
• German/English client communication

Requirements:

• Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or physics
• Python (fullstack development experience)
• Rust experience
• LLMs and context engineering expertise (RAG, Prompt Design)
• Linux proficiency
• Experience with AI frameworks: LangChain, n8n, CrewAI
• Docker, Podman, GitLab/CI-CD
• Claude Code and OpenClaw project experience desirable
• German language mandatory
• EU residency with permanent work permit required
