Job Title: AI Engineer – AI & Agentic Workflows (m/w/d)
Location: Garching near Munich, Germany (85748), next to TUM research campus
Employment: Full-time, permanent, 32-40 hours/week, hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Customer-specific AI project conception and execution
- Product development and software advancement
- AI testing tool development — internal tools for systematic testing of AI agents
- Data preparation and model training/fine-tuning
- Quality assurance and documentation
- German/English client communication
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or physics
- Python (fullstack development experience)
- Rust experience
- LLMs and context engineering expertise (RAG, Prompt Design)
- Linux proficiency
- Experience with AI frameworks: LangChain, n8n, CrewAI
- Docker, Podman, GitLab/CI-CD
- Claude Code and OpenClaw project experience desirable
- German language mandatory
- EU residency with permanent work permit required
