About the Role
Faraday Future is building AI-native platforms and automation systems that power content production, creative operations, and cross-functional workflows. As Senior Staff AI Engineer, you'll design multi-agent orchestration systems, generative content pipelines, and tool integration layers for marketing and creative teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and build multi-agent orchestration infrastructure for creative workflows
- Architect end-to-end generative content pipelines integrating text, image, and video models
- Build memory and knowledge layers, model routing, and tool integration layers using MCP protocol
- Ship Tauri-based desktop applications powered by AI
- Architect and build the systems yourself rather than merely integrating existing solutions
Requirements
- 7-10 years software engineering experience with meaningful AI/ML work
- Demonstrated ability to design and ship AI-powered products
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks
- Proficiency with Vercel AI SDK, OpenRouter, Composio
- TypeScript/Node.js, Next.js, Tauri
- Daily proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
Location & Compensation
100% onsite in Gardena/El Segundo, CA. Salary $180,000-$200,000 DOE.
