Senior Staff AI Engineer, Generative AI Platforms

Faraday Future is building AI-native platforms and automation systems that power content production, creative operations, and cross-functional workflows. As Senior Staff AI Engineer, you'll design multi-agent orchestration systems, generative content pipelines, and tool integration layers for marketing and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent orchestration infrastructure for creative workflows
• Architect end-to-end generative content pipelines integrating text, image, and video models
• Build memory and knowledge layers, model routing, and tool integration layers using MCP protocol
• Ship Tauri-based desktop applications powered by AI
• Architect and build the systems yourself rather than merely integrating existing solutions

Requirements

• 7-10 years software engineering experience with meaningful AI/ML work
• Demonstrated ability to design and ship AI-powered products
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar agentic frameworks
• Proficiency with Vercel AI SDK, OpenRouter, Composio
• TypeScript/Node.js, Next.js, Tauri
• Daily proficiency with Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese required
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

Location & Compensation

100% onsite in Gardena/El Segundo, CA. Salary $180,000-$200,000 DOE.
