Design and evolve the multi-agent architecture that powers Haiku's legal SaaS, including RAG systems over legal content, agent orchestration across tasks, and agent R&D.
About the Role
Haiku is an intelligent workspace for lawyers that cuts the time spent on low-value tasks by 5x. As Tech Lead of the AI team, you'll design, develop, and evolve the AI agents at the core of the SaaS platform. You'll work on state-of-the-art problems around LLMs, RAG systems, agent orchestration, and data, with a strong R&D and large-scale production dimension. Responsibilities include building advanced multi-agent architectures, defining the technical AI vision, identifying high-impact opportunities, conducting R&D on new models and frameworks, and growing the AI team. You'll partner directly with the CTO and CEO to ship agents that lawyers actually use in production.
