We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer. Right now, we are sending an average of 2.2 billion requests and almost 2 billion instant notifications to more than 450 servers a day. On the AI and Predictive side, we have more than 100 TB of historical data.

What You Will Do

• Design, prototype, implement, and maintain scalable AI systems powered by LLMs and Foundation Models
• Build agentic AI applications — multi-step LLM workflows with RAG, tool/function calling, and structured outputs
• Design and run evaluation pipelines to measure and improve agent quality (LLM-as-judge, regression testing, safety/red-team evaluation)
• Collaborate with frontend, product, and other engineering teams to design API contracts and deliver end-to-end features
• Monitor production AI systems and continuously improve performance, reliability, and cost

What You Will Need

• Graduated from Computer Engineering or a similar department
• At least 5 years of experience in software development
• Proficient in Python
• Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and transformation
• Familiar with the machine learning life cycle
• Hands-on experience with agent and LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., Strands SDK, Google ADK, LangChain / LangGraph) and familiarity with LLM observability tools (e.g., Langfuse)
