Salary: 35,000 PLN Net/month (B2B) or 29,100 PLN Gross/month (permanent)

About the Role:
As Engineering Manager - AI & GenAI, you will support Netguru's AI and GenAI engineering capability end-to-end. This requires someone who has shipped LLM-based systems to production, understands agentic architectures from the ground up, and can lead a team of engineers building real products for real clients.
The position sits at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and growth, where you'll set the technical direction, support presales with honest feasibility assessments, and drive internal AI adoption across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving the adoption of AI-powered developer tooling across Netguru teams (Cursor, Copilot, Claude, prompt engineering workflows), building playbooks and running workshops so engineers feel empowered
- Building Netguru's AI/GenAI competency roadmap and growing Tech Leads who can own AI workstreams independently
- Setting technical direction for AI/GenAI projects
- Supporting presales with feasibility assessments
Required Experience:
- Agentic frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agent architectures
- Background in ML Engineering or data infrastructure
- Experience scaling AI products from proof-of-concept to production at client scale
