Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents that connect to internal APIs (Salesforce, Slack, Notion)
• Integrate LLMs into real operational processes with compliance and safety considerations
• Build observability frameworks for regulated healthcare environments
• Identify manual, repetitive processes and redesign them using AI agents

Required background

• Python proficiency
• Hands-on LLM experience
• API integration skills
• Cloud infrastructure familiarity
• Security/compliance understanding in regulated sectors

Location: New York, NY (hybrid, 3 days/week in Manhattan office required)
Salary: $165,000 - $175,000 USD base pay
