Senior AI Engineer

As a Senior AI Engineer, you will architect and build LLM-powered applications and agentic systems integrated into real business processes and systems. The role offers opportunities for mentoring peers, shaping technical direction, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy end-to-end AI solutions from prototype to production
• Build LLM applications and agentic systems for real business processes
• Champion MLOps practices and work across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Collaborate with data scientists to create scalable products
• Mentor peers and shape technical direction
• Act as trusted advisor to clients

Requirements:

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering or data science
• Production-grade LLM and agentic application experience
• Deep LLM knowledge: tokenization, RAG, chain-of-thought, reasoning models, fine-tuning, tool use
• MLOps, CI/CD, containerization expertise
• Data pipeline design and maintenance skills
• Technical team leadership experience
• Finnish and English fluency (required)
