About the Role
Own end-to-end AI roadmap and model selection strategy. Design and deploy LLM-powered features including autonomous agents, advanced RAG pipelines, and intelligent document understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end AI roadmap and model selection strategy.
- Design LLM-powered features including autonomous agents and RAG pipelines.
- Translate compliance requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Monitor AI/ML research for competitive advantages.
- Ensure reliable, hallucination-free agent outputs.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in ML/AI/Data/Backend roles.
- TypeScript (core) and/or Python.
- Production RAG pipeline experience.
- LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- AWS or containerized deployment.
- Evaluation frameworks for LLM performance.
- Product-oriented thinking, high-agency building, clear technical communication.
