About the Role
Own end-to-end AI roadmap and model selection strategy. Design and deploy LLM-powered features including autonomous agents, advanced RAG pipelines, and intelligent document understanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end AI roadmap and model selection strategy.
• Design LLM-powered features including autonomous agents and RAG pipelines.
• Translate compliance requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Monitor AI/ML research for competitive advantages.
• Ensure reliable, hallucination-free agent outputs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years in ML/AI/Data/Backend roles.
• TypeScript (core) and/or Python.
• Production RAG pipeline experience.
• LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
• AWS or containerized deployment.
• Evaluation frameworks for LLM performance.
• Product-oriented thinking, high-agency building, clear technical communication.
