Agentic / GenAI Consultant / Senior Consultant

Capgemini Invent is seeking GenAI engineers to build and deploy intelligent systems combining cutting-edge models, agentic frameworks, and full-stack engineering to solve real business problems. You will design, develop, test, and deploy both front-end and back-end components of applications within the data science and AI consulting team with a focus on GenAI and agentic solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack applications for GenAI and agentic solutions
• Design agentic workflows with HITL gates, auditability, policy controls, and robust evaluation capabilities
• Translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions
• Collaborate across cloud architects, data scientists, and product managers
• Contribute to business development through demonstrators and proposals
• Participate in internal thought leadership and training initiatives

Requirements:

• Consulting firm background or industry experience with consulting mindset in matrixed organizations
• Full-stack application development from POC through production deployment across entire lifecycle
• Demonstrated success deploying ML, GenAI, and agentic solutions in client environments
• Ability to demonstrate AI's business value
• 5+ years UK residency required

Tech Stack:

• Core: Python 3.10+, TypeScript, JavaScript, SQL, Bash
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Jest, Cypress
• Backend: Django 5.x+, FastAPI, Celery, Flask, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL
• Cloud: Azure, GCP, Docker, GitHub Actions
• AI/ML: RAG pipelines, LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI/Gemini integration

Locations: London, Manchester, or Glasgow (flexible for client assignments)
