Key Responsibilities:

Technical & ML/GenAI Engineering Leadership:

• Lead complex AI, ML, and GenAI initiatives
• Design production-grade systems including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multimodal AI
• Establish ML/GenAI best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, evaluation, retraining)
• Conduct architecture and code reviews

Project & Delivery Ownership:

• Manage projects from requirements analysis to production deployment
• Convert business challenges into scalable AI solutions
• Oversee scope, timelines, and quality metrics

People Management:

• Manage and mentor ML engineering teams
• Set performance objectives and conduct reviews
• Support hiring and onboarding processes

Client Engagement:

• Identify AI/ML opportunities with clients
• Lead solution proposals and technical workshops
• Serve as trusted advisor

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field
• 7+ years in Software or Data engineering
• 2+ years building AI/GenAI applications
• Deep expertise in Generative AI landscapes, RAG pipelines, and model evaluation
• Strong Python proficiency with ML frameworks and LLM tools
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking
• Leadership and communication capabilities

Nice-to-Have:

• Azure cloud AI services experience (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML)
• Team leadership or consulting background
• Client-facing role experience
