Agent Builder

Mirakl is hiring an Agent Builder to design, build, and scale internal AI agents that integrate with company systems, automate workflows, and deliver measurable operational impact. This role focuses on moving AI agent development from experimentation to production-grade industrialization.

What you'll do:

• Create workflow-driven AI agents (e.g., BDR, Contract, Accounting agents)
• Architect multi-step agent systems with prompts, tools, memory, and guardrails
• Integrate agents across internal systems (CRM, data platforms, Drive, Jira)
• Iterate based on pilot feedback and performance metrics
• Implement security, validation layers, and access controls
• Drive adoption and establish agent-building standards

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Software Engineer
• Proven AI agent development using LLMs, RAG, and MCP
• Production deployment experience with AI solutions
• Python proficiency and SQL/JSON data fundamentals
• API integration, webhooks, and connector experience
• Low-code automation platform familiarity (n8n, Make, Zapier)
• Bilingual: English and French required

Work Arrangement: Permanent contract (CDI), 4 days on-site per week.

Technologies: GenAI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Gemini), n8n, Dust, Claude, LangChain, AWS or GCP.
