About the Role
Nulegal is building the first vertically integrated full-service platform for legal, enabling end-to-end completion of legal requests with the help of AI agents and experts in the loop. Pre-seed funded with EUR 1.3M, 50+ customers on LOI/waitlist, 2+ years of runway.
As Technical Co-Founder/CTO, you will architect three core systems
1. Agentic Infrastructure: Design systems enabling legal experts to define multi-step workflows that agents execute autonomously with full traceability.
2. Verified Intelligence: Implement guardrails, validations, and escalation mechanisms to ensure outputs are reliable and legally defensible.
3. Scale and Reliability: Build infrastructure capable of handling hundreds of thousands of legal tasks securely and cost-efficiently.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering
- Proven track record shipping production-grade products
- Leadership experience hiring and managing technical teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you move without being asked, communicate early
- Berlin/Potsdam location or willingness to relocate
Bonus
- Experience building LLM applications or agentic systems
- Marketplace/workflow systems/B2B SaaS background
- Security and compliance expertise in regulated domains
Tech stack: Python, Pydantic, PydanticAI, FastAPI, Flutter, Google Cloud (pragmatically flexible)
Compensation: EUR 65,000-130,000 plus meaningful founder equity with real share ownership and voting rights.
